Description
• Work closely with senior tech team and subject matter experts to develop models and agents • Be self-sufficient in acquiring and using data within the platform • Work closely with other engineers to advance infrastructure, agent framework, and platform • Be an internal expert on the latest developments in AI space • Clearly communicate findings and their impact • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code • Ensure code quality through TDD and observability practices • Containerise applications using Docker • Participate in Agile XP methodologies • Utilize GitHub for version control and team collaboration • More of an engineering role than a data science role
Requirements
• Passionate and obsessed technologists • Strong systems thinker • Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks and tools • Multi-sector background • Extensive technical proficiency in Python and related libraries • Experienced in building computational models and deploying them • Experience in systems simulation and numerical analysis • Committed to Agile methodologies • Ability to work in a team environment • Strong communication skills • Believe in easy-to-maintain code • Comfortable with modern coding concepts • Considerate, humble, and a strong believer in teamwork • Comfortable with chaos and taking ownership • Based in the UK or Europe • Available for team working session in London every 4-6 weeks
