• About the team • The HTS Media Services team is responsible for driving ad placements across the Hopper app and HTS partner sites and portals. We work with clients primarily in the travel industry—including airlines, airports, hotels, and destination management organizations—to deliver impactful advertising campaigns. Our team thrives in an innovative and fast-paced environment, where we collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality results quickly. • About the Role • We are seeking an Advertising Operations Associate to support the execution and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-moving culture, with a strong analytical mindset, excellent client-facing communication skills, and a passion for digital advertising. Is able to prioritize, and work with urgency and fast speed, you will work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns are launched smoothly, monitored effectively, and optimized for performance.As part of the HTS Media Services Team, you will focus on managing the operational aspects of campaigns, ensuring data accuracy, troubleshooting issues, and providing key insights that help improve campaign performance.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in digital advertising, advertising operations, or a related field (internships and relevant work experience will also be considered). • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to work with data, identify trends, and make recommendations based on performance insights. • Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure precision in executing campaigns and reporting. • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams. • Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly identify issues in campaign delivery and work effectively with internal teams to resolve them. • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Excel, Looker Studio, etc.) is a plus. • Self-Starter & Team Player: Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and collaborate effectively within a team. • Industry Experience: Experience or interest in the travel, hospitality, or media publishing industries is a plus, but not required.
