• To drive actionable insights and inform corporate strategies through modeling and analytics. • Demonstrates strong communication skills with a basic understanding of project management principles. • Ability to visualize data effectively on both simple and complex levels. • Proficiency in leveraging data, machine learning techniques, and statistical model frameworks. • Ability to work with data using query languages such as SQL, DAX, R, or Python. • Demonstrates the ability to write production-ready code in Python or R. • Familiarity with BI tools such as PowerBI is desirable. • Possesses an inquisitive mindset and a desire to delve into the details. • Capable of both independent work and collaboration within projects.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in data science related areas (statistics, applied economics, data science) • 2+ years of professional analytical experience preferred • 2+ years of P&C or Life/Retirement experience preferred
