Description

• Driving implementation of supply chain processes across the enterprise. • Monitoring adherence to these processes through auditing and other methods. • Identifying inventory discrepancies, performing root cause analysis, correcting inventory, and retraining staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Pharmacy, or a related field. • Proven experience in supply chain or inventory management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions. • Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams across multiple locations. • Willingness to travel frequently to different pharmacy sites as needed.
