Description

• Seeking a dynamic Supply Chain Project Manager to manage multiple projects using Agile methodology. • Lead and oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery. • Implement Agile project management principles and Scrum framework. • Collaborate with department leads for effective resource allocation. • Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams to align project objectives. • Contribute to the establishment of a Project Management Organization (PMO). • Engage with stakeholders to align project goals with organizational objectives. • Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field. • 6-10 years of experience in leading cross-functional projects, preferably within Supply Chain. • Proficiency in Agile project management methodologies and Scrum framework. • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across teams and stakeholders. • Very comfortable being assertive and seeking out opportunities to improve processes & effectively execute projects. • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. • Experience in the Pharmacy/Healthcare industry is a plus. • Certification in Agile/Project Management methodologies; Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Project Management Professions (PMP) is a plus. • Project Management software experience. Preferably Asana experience.
