• Sole individual responsible for IT security, ensuring the protection of digital assets. • Develop and maintain security policies and procedures. • Conduct regular security assessments and audits. • Lead the investigation of security incidents. • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations. • Educate employees on security best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT Security, within a tech start-up or scale up. • Experience implementing and managing device and end-point security systems and processes. • Proven experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating security threats within a fully cloud-based business environment. • Experience coordinating penetration testing and collaborating with Engineering on remediation. • Experience remotely supporting a distributed workforce. • Strong customer centric mindset. • Fluent in English (Writing/Speaking).
