📋 Description
• This is a FULLY remote role, but the candidate must be within the European timezone. • Hostaway is a SaaS startup transforming the vacation rental industry. • We are seeking a highly skilled and technical Data Analyst to join our Finance team. • Requires a mix of technical proficiency and analytical skills for financial reporting and decision-making. • Develop and maintain integrations ensuring seamless data flow between financial systems. • Support management reporting, retention, and cohort analysis ensuring data accuracy. • Collaborate with finance and engineering teams to enhance data infrastructure.
🎯 Requirements
• Strong SQL proficiency – ability to write complex queries and optimize database performance. • Strong Python skills – experience in data manipulation, automation, and integration tasks. • Experience with BigQuery or other cloud-based data warehousing solutions. • Expertise in API system integrations, including working with financial data and third-party platforms. • Strong analytical skills and experience in financial reporting. • Understanding of data modeling concepts and best practices. • Familiarity with financial tool stacks including NetSuite, Stripe, Looker, Salesforce etc. • Willingness to learn FP&A and financial modeling to support broader finance initiatives.
