You will be responsible for driving SEO performance, managing a global team of content specialists, and ensuring that our localized content strategies deliver maximum impact. • As a key player in our content team, you’ll mentor and support your team, collaborating closely with SEO strategists, designers, and product teams to create high-quality, optimized content. • Experience in scaling content operations and managing teams across multiple locales, languages, and cultures, with a proven ability to support keyword research and optimize content. • Proven track record in hiring and managing remote teams, ensuring high-quality content is delivered at scale. • Strategic decision-making skills, with the ability to allocate budget and resources effectively toward high-impact opportunities. • Excellent organizational skills, with a focus on implementing processes that drive efficiency and productivity across teams. • Confidence in using SEO tools, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/Semrush, and SurferSEO, along with data visualization tools like Looker, plus a good ol’ Excel/Sheets fan would be cool. • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and hands-on experience in optimizing content and supporting the content team with SEO-driven projects. • Knowledge of WordPress and experience managing content production within the platform is a plus. • A passion for growth through content, ensuring the consistent publication of high-quality materials.
