Requirements

• You are passionate about recruitment: finding and hiring the best talent. • You have at least 1 year of hands-on experience as a recruiter for non-tech roles (experience in hiring for CS roles is a plus). • You have experience with in depth behavioral and competency-based interviewing. • You have strong market insights that help you find and select the best talent. • You are an owner who takes action, has a strong can-do attitude and inspires others to achieve greatness together. • You work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and thrive in a collaborative team setting. • You are comfortable navigating uncertain or unclear scenarios, finding your way through them with your team. • You are fluent in English to work on a global team. • You are available 40h/week.
