Your efforts will ensure seamless service delivery for our customers. Requirements

• Linux System Expertise: Experience in Linux system administration with a strong passion for monitoring, especially in hosting or WHM/cPanel environments, and ensuring systems run smoothly through monitoring-driven operations. • Outstanding Communication: Excellent ability to convey clear and concise information to all stakeholders, ensuring everyone stays aligned and informed. • Meticulous Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for details, ensuring that nothing is overlooked and every aspect of the workflow is fine-tuned. • Problem-Solving Skills: A deep, technical mindset with the ability to dive into complex issues, debug effectively, and resolve them with precision. • Troubleshooting Expertise: Proficient in diagnosing and resolving issues across system layers, including OS, application, network, firewall, and service stacks. • Continuous Learning: A hunger for growth and innovation, always seeking new ways to improve and expand your skill set. • Team-Oriented Approach: A collaborative team player with a proactive, ‘go-for-it’ attitude, who thrives in both synchronous and asynchronous communication environments. • Scripting Expertise: Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or similar for automating processes. • Experience with WHM/cPanel: Hands-on knowledge of managing and troubleshooting WHM/cPanel environments.
