Description
• Lead an international localization subteam of freelance translators working through a third-party platform. • Foster effective communication within the freelancers team. • Organize and facilitate quarterly team meetings, one-on-one sessions, and review internal processes. • Monitor and evaluate freelancers team performance. • Organize team-building initiatives and enhance current activities to strengthen collaboration. • Contribute to localization management by participating in quarterly planning discussions. • Align your work with the company’s principles.
Requirements
• Strong people management skills; • Experience within similar position (at least 2 years); • Excellent English communication skills; • Team player with cross-functional communication skills; • Strong time management and organizational skills; • Experience in working within remote teams and freelancers; • Comfortable with constant change of priorities; • Readiness and ability to adjust to working with international teams; • Creative personality with passion for learning. • Knowledge and/or experience in website development, WordPress, and the hosting market; • Experience using Upwork for team management purposes; • Experience within Localization industry would be a plus.
