Description
• Develop and implement a business strategy for the team that aligns with HostPapa's overarching goals • You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving customer satisfaction, and optimizing operational efficiency for the Logo and Branding business unit • Establish operational goals aligned with sales objectives • Oversee the daily operations of the team and anticipate issues requiring alignment with broader business objectives • Manage the Profit and Loss (P&L) for the unit • Minimize commercial risks by evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of the business, and continuously monitoring market trends • Identify opportunities to enhance internal processes • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with internal stakeholders • Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports, ensuring alignment with goals and fostering professional growth
Requirements
• Extensive leadership experience in running online business; SaaS or e-commerce preferred. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English • Proven ability to manage large budgets and oversee Profit and Loss (P&L) • Strong knowledge of customer satisfaction and loyalty strategies • Skilled in running a business, including commercial and administrative functions • Background in Product or Sales and Marketing is a plus
