• Execute SEO strategies to drive qualified traffic and conversions • Utilize GA4's user-centric measurement to gain insights into user behavior, demographics, and audience engagement • Set up custom events to track relevant actions such as newsletter sign-ups, video views, form submissions, and other engagement metrics • Manage online product related data, information, and content required for optimal digital customer experiences intended to increase brand preference and purchase opportunity • Monitor important SEO metrics such as organic traffic, conversion rates, and times spent on pages, and apply knowledge to analyze the performance of campaigns; identify opportunities for improvement of KPIs • Provide support in researching and recommending SEO and social media optimization campaigns • Responsible for carrying out competitive analysis, as well as identifying gaps in the organization’s content or areas of improvement in their web design or structure • Strategize to continually test and iterate on SEO page templates, modules, and content to improve on-site performance (e.g., conversion, bounce) and SERP performance (e.g., CTR, rankings) • Help to create and support digital marketing content/copy to use for website ranking purposes (e.g., page updates, blog posts, etc.) • Work cross-functionally with teams to collaborate on the assessment and output of strategies • Recommend changes to the website architecture and design, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions, overall visibility, and conversion • Report, Monitor and Report on Team and Individual KPIs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • 4+ years of SEO (with Google Analytics) experience • Understanding and ability to utilize GA4's user-centric measurement to gain insights into user behavior, demographics, and audience engagement • Must demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate both technical and non-technical information between internal product teams and external clients • Must demonstrate an advanced understanding of User Experience and technical SEO Requirements • Must demonstrate an advanced understanding of Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, and Tag Manager
