Description

• We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Lead Developer for Host Wise • This role manages the development team and processes from initial concept to execution • The Lead Developer will work collaboratively with cross-functional business managers at Host Wise, driving innovation, maintaining quality, and ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery.

Requirements

• 5-10 years experience • At least 2 years leading IT teams • Proven track record as a Project Manager • Exceptional organizational skills with experience in building and implementing new processes • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders • A natural leader who can also be hands-on when needed • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing a team • Proficient in Python • Familiarity with API architecture • Experience with the following frameworks: Flask and Django
