Reporting to the Chief Communications Officer, this person will be responsible for internal communications across verbal, written, and visual touch points. Collaborating with senior leaders from functions across the business, this person will own our internal communications efforts, including weekly All Hands, quarterly Town Hall meetings, and multiple in person events. • The ideal candidate is a self-starter and determined communications expert ready to enhance the employee experience and drive clarity as we scale rapidly.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or related field • At least 5 years of experience in a dedicated internal communications role • Experience running internal communications for a mid-sized B2B software company • Proven track record in managing employee communications • Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills • Strong slide creation and animation skills, video skills a plus • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
