This role will drive comprehensive sales onboarding, deliver ongoing training programs, develop coaching frameworks, and create impactful sales plays. This position is responsible for elevating the performance of our sales team, ultimately increasing sales productivity and supporting sales force transformation. • Design and implement structured coaching frameworks and methodologies that help sales managers effectively develop their teams • Lead the development of comprehensive training curricula for all sales roles, incorporating both foundational skills and advanced selling techniques • Conduct an analysis of the current state of sales productivity in conjunction with Sales Operations and Sales Leadership • Establish metrics and objectives for sales enablement and make recommendations for increasing sales productivity • Map company's sales process with our customer's buying process to enhance what skills, knowledge, process, and tools are required by our sales force • Develop and manage the 12-18-month Sales Enablement & Training roadmap • Implement the development, delivery, and training of effective sales playbooks by Sales role • Create and update playbooks and sales plays based on seller feedback and shifting market demands • Design and deliver advanced coaching programs for frontline managers • Roll out a comprehensive onboarding program through direct and third-party resources • Partner with sales leadership and HR to establish a sales competency and assessment framework • Drive measurable increases in sales metrics through targeted coaching and training interventions • Regularly spend time in the field with managers and Account Executives to provide real-time coaching
• BS/BA Required • 8+ years of sales enablement experience with demonstrated expertise in coaching and training program development • 3+ years of sales/sales operations experience with high tech, start-up, B2B organizations • 3+ years of people management experience • You’re a problem-solver with a proven track record creating and implementing successful sales coaching frameworks and methodologies and you thrive in fast-paced, innovative environments. • Bonus points if you’re fluent in CRM (such as Salesforce.com) and sales enablement platforms. • You’re ready to roll up your sleeves, collaborate, and deliver results that matter.
