• Client Service Expectations: Dependability/Follow-Up, Problem Solve, Communication, Guidance, Implement and optimize products • Account Manager Responsibilities: Issue Resolution, Client Focus, System Capability, Leverage Resources • The working hours for this position are Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm (PST)
• GED equivalent credentials, Bachelor’s Degree preferred • 3+ years of experience in customer service or previous client interfacing role • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, and Excel • Experience in payroll and/or call centre environment • Completion of or strong interest in CPP, FPC, APA, and/or SHRM-CP certifications • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport and trust with clients • Proven ability to understand client needs and develop customized solutions that meet those needs • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment • Familiarity with CRM, Helpdesk, and Project Management software tools.
