• As an IT Engineer at House Rx, your role is pivotal in maintaining the technological backbone of our organization. You'll be the go-to expert and facilitator for all things related to information technology, playing a crucial part in ensuring that our teams are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to excel in their roles. • Your day-to-day activities will involve a dynamic mix of technical expertise and interpersonal communication. You will collaborate closely with various departments, understanding their unique IT needs and challenges. This role requires not only a deep understanding of various IT platforms and tools but also the ability to empathize with and support your colleagues in a diverse, fast-paced environment.
Requirements
• Proven experience as an IT Engineer or similar role, showcasing your ability to architect, implement, and optimize diverse technological ecosystems such as Okta, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and Atlassian. • With your robust analytical acumen, you demonstrate an ability to promptly identify and overcome intricate technical obstacles. Your skill in critical thinking underpins this ability, enabling efficient problem-solving. • Excellent communication skills, allowing you to collaborate seamlessly with diverse teams and articulate complex ideas in a clear manner. • You value teamwork and understand the importance of clear communication, especially in a remote-first environment. • You have a foundational understanding of IT security principles and compliance requirements.
