📋 Description
•Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable processes efficiently. •Prepare and manage transaction reports regularly. •Process payments and reimbursement requests. •Maintain and update accounting books and records. •Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing. •Support in the preparation of financial statements and reports. •Collaborate with other departments to resolve any financial discrepancies or inquiries. •Ensure accurate recordkeeping and filing of accounting documents.
🎯 Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance •2+ years of experience in a similar role •B2 or higher proficiency in English (mandatory) •In-depth knowledge of Colombian accounting systems and regulations (mandatory) •Familiarity with U.S. accounting systems is a plus •Advanced Excel skills (mandatory – assessment required) •Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
