• Execute and support marketing communications and content strategy initiatives. • Work closely with designers, editors, digital marketers, and other team members. • Participate in daily operations of owned content marketing and communication channels across the brand portfolio. • Optimize existing content - (We have ton of content! As a company we generate endless content opportunities.) • Create concise and compelling content for a professional audience. • Leverage core messaging to ideate, draft, proofread, and edit persuasive, on-brand copy for various mediums including: Collateral, Website content (webpages, blog posts, landing pages), Email campaigns, Event content, Social media content. • Adapt writing to fit the audience and medium. • Most importantly leverage existing content across our website and other marketing channels. • Coordinate content and collaborate across the global marketing team. • Ensure all content is consistent across channels. • Partner with internal subject matter experts ensuring collateral accuracy, particularly in terms of features and benefits. • Collaborate on the collection, analyzing, and reporting of content performance data (KPIs) and analytics. • Identify trends and make optimization recommendations. • Identify solutions to and execute on complex, detailed requests from internal stakeholders. • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or similar discipline preferred but not required. • 4+ years of full-time, professional work experience in copywriting, proofreading, and editing. • Experience developing collateral, website content, emails, and social media posts. • Sharp attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and standardization across all content. • Must be fluent in English. • Ability to write clear, concise, on-brand copy while telling a story that compels the reader to action. • Effective listening, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to be flexible, work with ambiguity, use sound judgment, and act with confidence. • Ability to take direction and metabolize edits for current and future content development. • Self-starter and problem solver who understands how to prioritize projects and meet deadlines. • Solid proficiency in MS Office. • Strong project management and organizational skills. • Ability to navigate multiple types of content within the internal creation/design/review/approval/translation workflow. • Ability to contribute the best approach to different mediums. • Writing for a legal or technical audience preferred but not required. • Experience with generative AI preferred but not required (developing and editing AI-generated content to ensure accuracy and on-brand outputs, effective prompt engineering, and staying updated on the latest technology developments).
