📋 Description

• Working closely with client business teams, you as a Functional Workday Consultant will deliver Workday solutions and support that are fit for purpose. • You will participate in every phase of a Workday HCM implementation from offer to production support: Participate in Workday HCM implementation projects, Carry out technical analyses based on functional analyses, Parameterize Workday HCM according to customer needs, Carry out unit tests and participate in integration / validation tests, Carry out a reporting to the managers, Guarantee a corrective and evolutionary maintenance after the implementation, Provide support and training to users, Work in Agile mode with a close relationship with the customers.

🎯 Requirements

• You have completed at least one full initial Workday implementation ( design, configuration, test, deploy, hypercare) • Being Workday certified in one or more additional Workday HCM modules (e.g. recruitment, talent & performance, compensation…) is a plus. • You have advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel). • You have excellent German & English language skills • You have demonstrated effective project experience • You enjoy being client facing as from day one. • You are eager to work in multi-disciplinary teams with consultants from various backgrounds, while also being able to work with high flexibility and independently.
