β’ Establish, enforce, and continuously refine front-end coding standards and best practices. β’ Drive the implementation of robust testing processes, including continuous integration and test-driven development, ensuring high code coverage and system reliability. β’ Lead the architectural design and technical strategy for the front-end, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions. β’ Oversee code reviews, performance optimizations, and technical innovation initiatives. β’ Work closely with back-end developers and product managers to ensure seamless integration and a cohesive user experience. β’ Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.), providing technical insights and strategic direction. β’ Evaluate and integrate emerging front-end technologies and trends to keep our applications cutting-edge. β’ Ensure that user interface and experience standards are maintained and enhanced across all projects.
β’ 5+ years of front-end development experience with a proven record of technical leadership and mentoring. β’ Hands-on experience with Angular (preferably Angular 17+). β’ Deep expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript language. β’ Excellent knowledge of HTML5, CSS, LESS, SASS. β’ Extensive knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, data structures, and industry best practices. β’ Proficiency with version control systems such as GIT. β’ Demonstrated experience interacting with RESTful APIs in web applications. β’ Proven track record in Agile environments with exposure to Continuous Integration, Test-Driven Development, and iterative development practices. β’ Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence. β’ Familiarity with modern browser technologies, including real-time communication, Web Workers, Proxies, and WebSockets. β’ Prior experience in mentoring teams and leading technical initiatives in dynamic, high-paced environments. β’ A proactive approach to staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
