• LDMO Financial Aid/Student Financials Team ERP Analyst role with Penn State. • Ensure reliable performance of ERP systems; troubleshoot ERP issues. • Gather user requirements, design, configure, test, and implement ERP systems. • Maintain system performance, security, and reliability; coordinate software fixes and upgrades. • Communicate effectively with University functional offices and stakeholders. • Provide advanced customer service and functional support in Financial Aid and Student Financials. • Manage complex projects and evaluate results. • Collect user feedback and prioritize requests. • Develop and execute test plans; conduct various types of testing. • Design and analyze reports for organizational trends. • Maintain relationships with vendors for bug fixes and new features. • Provide training sessions and maintain system documentation.
• Minimum requirement is a Bachelor’s degree plus three (3) years of relevant experience. • An equivalent combination of education and experience. • Higher Education experience in IT and/or a functional office related to Financial Aid (Student Aid) and/or Student Financials (Bursar). • Familiarity with Oracle’s PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, especially the Financial Aid and/or Student Financials modules, and related functionality (including, but not limited to: Equation Engine, PS Query).
