Description

• Assists principal/senior consultants with market insights and other data to prepare to consult proposals. • Identifies and collects data on clients’ business environment and marketplace. • Creates long- and short-term plans, including targets for milestones and deadlines. • Delegates tasks on the project to best position deliverables for completion. • Makes effective decisions when presented with multiple options on progress with projects. • Serves as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure the synergy of the team. • Communicates with executives or client project teams to keep the project aligned with their goals. • Performs quality control on projects throughout development to maintain standards. • Adjusts schedules and targets on the project as needs or finances for project change. • Processes data, conduct analysis and prepares reports of findings. • Leverages problem-solving skills and framework to develop solutions. • Documents developed solutions and prepared presentations. • Coordinates with the client and senior consultant to implement recommended solutions. • Serves client for their requirements of reports, solutions, and any other services within the decided project scope. • Supports clients in implementing recommended solutions.

Requirements

• Recent graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field. • A candidate who is eager to learn and has little to no consulting experience. • Familiar with PowerPoint, Excel, and Canva. • Flexible and can work independently. • Must have access to a computer and the internet.
