• Bringing client’s vision, strategy, and roadmap to life • Sifting through ambiguous ideas and bridging the gap between client and engineers • Explaining technical concepts in simple terms to clients • Working with project managers, design leads, technical leads, and engineers
• 2 years of relevant software Product Management experience • 3 years experience managing a software product roadmap from a “back of the napkin idea” • Experience with impact and user journey mapping • A background in operations or customer success is a great plus • Experience working on multiple products in parallel (2 minimum) • Having at least 2 years of experience at a software agency • Having at least 2 years of experience working for an Early-stage Software Startup
