Description
• As a Part-Time Corporate Legal Advisor, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements specific to the fintech and SaaS sectors. • Provide strategic legal guidance and assist with corporate governance. • Help manage legal risks associated with innovative technology solutions.
Requirements
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. • Licensed to practice law • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on fintech, SaaS, or technology sectors. • Demonstrated experience with fintech regulations, data privacy laws, and software licensing. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. • Experience in a part-time or flexible role is a plus.
