• We are seeking a visionary and strategic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology function and drive the next phase of growth for our FinTech/RegTech/SaaS company. • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of shaping technology vision, executing complex strategies, and delivering transformative solutions. • As CTO, you will be instrumental in defining our technological direction, overseeing large-scale product development, and ensuring that our technology infrastructure supports our ambitious business goals.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a CTO or in a senior technology leadership role within the fintech, regtech, or SaaS sectors, with a proven ability to scale technology platforms and manage large teams. • Demonstrated success in leading complex technology initiatives, driving innovation, and delivering large-scale product solutions that significantly impact business growth. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. • Master’s degree or advanced certifications in technology management (e.g., MBA, PMP, CISSP) preferred. • Deep expertise in technology strategy, product development, and infrastructure management, particularly within fintech/regtech/SaaS. • Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities, with experience managing large teams and driving technology-driven business outcomes. • Proficiency in managing large-scale technology projects, including cloud computing, data analytics, and cybersecurity. • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. • Visionary leader with a passion for innovation and a strong track record of scaling technology solutions and teams. • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and navigate complex challenges effectively. • High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to fostering an inclusive and high-performance work culture.
