📋 Description

• Generate and process invoices accurately and efficiently for products and services provided to clients. • Manage and oversee the end-to-end resolution of customer claims and billing disputes. • Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Service, and other relevant departments. • Implement proactive strategies to prevent recurring billing issues and disputes. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer claims, resolutions, and communication. • Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding billing disputes. • Analyze trends and patterns in customer claims to identify systemic problems.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field or comparable education. • Experience as a Billing Specialist/Finance Operations Manager (in a related field), with a strong focus on customer claims and issue resolution. • Experience in SAP beneficial and preferably Navision are a plus. • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex billing data, identify patterns, and develop strategic solutions for long-term issue resolution. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel. • Strong problem-solving and attention to detail. • Customer-oriented mindset with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. • Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
