📋 Description
• Support product operations, manage customer issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day team operations. • Monitor, triage, and respond to customer issues promptly. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document user stories. • Act as the primary liaison between customer support and the product team. • Maintain accurate documentation on product features, workflows, and feedback. • Identify and propose process improvements for smoother product development cycles. • Provide regular updates on customer issues and backlog progress.
🎯 Requirements
• Comfortable working in a remote, asynchronous environment. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. • A minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in product management, customer support, or operations. • Experience in Supply Chain or Manufacturing is highly preferred. • Proven experience with SaaS products. • Strong ability to understand technical products and effectively communicate with engineering teams. • Experience working with Agile methodologies and using tools like Jira. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
