Requirements

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure technologies, including: Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse, Azure SQL, Microsoft Fabric • Proficiency in Power BI (Power Query, DAX, Power BI Service). • Strong understanding of data architecture, integration, and AI-readiness design. • Familiarity with emerging AI tools and technologies within the Microsoft ecosystem. • Proven track record of mentoring and supporting high-performing teams. • Ability to embed frameworks and standardize practices across data and AI projects. • A strategic mindset with the ability to inspire teams and clients towards future-ready solutions. • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to articulate technical solutions in business terms. • Experience in identifying opportunities and influencing senior stakeholders. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and exceed client expectations. • Exposure to other Microsoft technologies (e.g., .Net, Dynamics 365, SharePoint). • Experience working in a Microsoft Partner environment.
