Description
• Manage global new product introduction initiatives aligned with strategic plans and goals • Identify and allocate resources across the supply chain for NPI projects • Coordinate and manage NPI sourcing activities with engineering, manufacturing, quality, etc. • Drive new product introduction to align with global supply chain category plans • Collaborate in planning, developing, and executing sourcing strategy • Determine target costs focusing on Total Cost of Ownership
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business • 6+ years of Project Management or Supply Chain Management • Experience in using ERP tools (e.g. SAP, Oracle etc) and the aptitude to quickly understand drawings and technical specifications • Ability to articulate a comprehensive vision and project plan across functions • Knowledge of machined, cast and sheet metal parts, and electromechanical assemblies • Proficient in English and French • Flexibility to travel globally 20% of the time
