• Efficiently and accurately handle customer requests and transactions • Ensure all required policies, guidelines and standards are met • Act as an originator of consumer loans • Resolve problems to support effective business operations • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies • Manage customer documentation properly • Provide customer service by responding to inquiries in a timely manner
• Proficient in written and oral communication in Spanish and English highly preferred • Typically between 2 - 3 years of relevant experience • Post-secondary degree in related field of study desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Good negotiation skills • Good verbal & written communication skills • Good organization skills • Good collaboration & team skills • Good analytical and problem solving skills
