Description

• Design solutions leveraging HubSpot CRM for clients. • Collaborate with teams to define architecture and scope of projects. • Create documentation including requirements, functional specifications, and data models. • Lead technology configuration projects and mentor junior team members. • Conduct technology audits and provide recommendations for improvement. • Define success metrics and reporting requirements for solutions. • Stay updated with technology features and communicate changes. • Assist with data migration projects and conduct quality assurance testing. • Drive team certifications and provide training to staff.

Requirements

• Extensive experience of HubSpot use or similar CRM platform. • Computer Science, or similar technical qualification. • Experience in a digital/technical agency/consultancy in a consulting/specialist role working with clients throughout the whole process (consulting, solution building, implementation and training). • Solid knowledge of HubSpot or equivalent (i.e. SalesForce, MS Dynamic, etc). • Extensive ability to read and understand and compile technical documentation (API documentation, ERD, functional specifications etc). • Sound knowledge of big data. • Experience with integrating systems, leveraging APIs, or custom-built. • Excellent command of English, with exceptional writing and communication skills. • Desirable to be fluent in Spanish.
