🎯 Requirements
•Experience leading a team •5+ years as a Data Engineer or Software Engineer •A track record of building scalable analytics platforms •Strong SQL and Python skills and familiarity with modern analytics tools •Experience with data lakes and warehouses •Excellent communication skills—able to present findings clearly and concisely •Fluent in English (spoken & written) •Experience with big data processing frameworks (Apache Spark, Beam, or Flink) •Hands-on expertise with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.) •Experience working for a global scale-up/startup
