📋 Description

• The Engineering team builds the software powering Veriff. • We're on a mission to foster operational excellence and reliability through the adoption of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles. • Our SRE role will be at the forefront of driving a reliability-first mindset across the organization. • This will connect DevOps, product, and engineering teams to align efforts, resolve blockers, and promote collaboration. • As an SRE Coach, you'll not only advocate for best practices and operational excellence but also empower teams to take ownership of service reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• A strong understanding of SRE principles and a proven track record of implementing them effectively. • Expertise in observability concepts such as logs, traces, and metrics, with experience using tools like Datadog, New Relic, or Elastic Stack. • Solid coding skills in languages like Node.js, Python, or Go. • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a knack for aligning diverse teams. • A high level of self-organization, ownership, and accountability. • Experience with tools like Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and distributed tracing platforms. • Familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
