🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of engineering management experience, with at least 2 years leading teams building production ML/AI systems • Deep understanding of ML/AI concepts and software engineering best practices • Experience managing diverse technical teams, including both ML Engineers and Software Engineers • Experience with modern AI architectures, including LLMs, recommendation systems, retrieval systems
