Description

• Lead and mentor teams of ML Engineers and Software Engineers in building scalable AI systems • Drive technical strategy for AI model development, deployment, and monitoring • Foster collaboration between ML Engineers and Software Engineers • Partner with product teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions • Champion best practices in AI development, including model evaluation and responsible AI principles • Oversee the evolution of AI platform to support complex AI systems • Build trusted relationships across HubSpot's AI organizations

Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering management experience, with at least 2 years leading teams building production ML/AI systems • Deep understanding of both ML/AI concepts and software engineering best practices • Experience managing diverse technical teams, including both ML Engineers and Software Engineers • Experience with modern AI architectures, including LLMs, recommendation systems, retrieval systems • Passion for fostering technical growth in others and providing meaningful feedback • Track record of collaborating with product teams to deliver customer value through AI capabilities
