• Collaborate on our design system Trellis and drive content strategy • Lead content design execution and guide multiple designers • Design workshops and educational sessions for stakeholders • Research and implement tools supporting content development

Requirements

• Experience working directly within a design systems team for high-quality content design • Model ownership mentality in resource and time management • Ability to create and refine cross-team processes • Proven ability to drive and manage high-complexity projects • Experience developing narratives with strong storytelling to influence stakeholders • Best practices for knowledge sharing, mentoring, and facilitation • Ability to clarify shared expectations across groups • Experience in fostering team health and purpose • Ability to provide and receive clear feedback • Alignment with HubSpot's HEART values and growth mindset
