• HubSpot helps organizations grow by consolidating communication and collaboration channels into a unified platform. • Millions of sales customers use HubSpot’s calling channel every day to connect with their customers and grow their business. • Looking for a Senior Product Manager to take the Calling channel and customers to the next level of growth. • Drive calling platform extensibility and integration vision to empower customers. • Own and drive the direction for bringing integrations in HubSpot marketplace. • Partner with larger product group to provide a seamless calling platform. • Lead mission critical roles in sales and service teams workflow to close more deals.

Requirements

• Experience launching products successfully to customers • Preferred: experience working with partners, developers launching platforms/API’s for customer-facing products • Experience owning a product vision from creation to execution • A multidisciplinary approach combining market, business, and technical insights • Ability to articulate product vision to various audiences • Deep respect for expertise and insights of collaborators • Drive to understand customer needs and solve their problems • Excellent communication and interpersonal problem-solving skills • Passion for cultivating healthy teams and facilitating tough conversations • Desire to understand how HubSpot products work • Ability to make decisions and iterate without perfect information • Ability to adapt in an innovative and fast-paced environment • Understanding of the competitive Sales software space
