• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is about managing customer relationships. • The Customer Profile UI product group is dedicated to creating a comprehensive view of customer data. • This Senior Product Manager role involves leading two critical teams: Page Editor and Card Library. • The Page Editor team provides tools for customer admins to configure the customer profile effectively. • The Card Library team facilitates card and template discovery for admins. • The ideal candidate has experience with technical platforms and cross-team collaboration.

Requirements

• Launched products successfully from 0 to 1 to customers • Set a product vision and strategy and executed on it • Collaborated on a cross-functional team of UX designers, software engineers, UX research, analytics, and others • Worked on a platform product team that served both internal and external customers • Used qualitative and quantitative research to inform their product roadmap • Ruthlessly prioritized their product roadmap and made hard tradeoff decisions • A drive to understand customer needs deeply and truly solve for their problems • Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal problem-solving skills • A passion for growing healthy teams and leaders • The ability to make decisions, test assumptions, and iterate with limited information • Demonstrated ability to adapt in an innovative and fast-paced environment
