🎯 Requirements

• Have backend development experience and are comfortable working with Java, MySQL, AWS, DropWizard, Kafka, Kubernetes, or similar technologies (though expertise in specific tools isn’t a deal-breaker) • Are deeply user-focused and empathetic, understanding the challenges our customers face and how they move through our product • Enjoy tackling both technical challenges and business problems, and thrive when you’re close to the action in our go-to-market strategies • Collaborate well with others, take ownership of your work, and are eager to "figure things out" in a supportive, innovative environment • Have demonstrated the ability to solve complex technical problems while weighing tradeoffs, with a deep understanding of developer experience and business needs
