• HubSpot CRM platform requires engineers to mentor, provide technical direction, and develop microservices • Collaborate to build AI-driven tools and services for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams

Requirements

• Strong engineers interested in writing in the Java ecosystem • Take ownership of end-to-end solutions, work collaboratively, and problem-solve • Focus on adding value for customers beyond just implementing requirements • Deliver reliable, performant, well-tested code • Experience with distributed systems at a massive scale, using HBase, Kafka, Hadoop, Elasticsearch, GraphQL, and Dropwizard • Interest in deploying solutions utilizing Machine Learning and Generative AI models • Nice-to-have: Experience writing front-end prototypes with React • Demonstrate pragmatic decision-making and problem-solving • Customer-centric attitude and understanding of HubSpot products • Advocate for Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging initiatives
