• Develop and execute a strategic vision for our product catalog system. • Align with front end team to create a world-class self-service user interface. • Become a subject matter expert in product structuring in billing systems. • Work directly with leadership to build out a product roadmap. • Focus on scalability and impact of systems. • Use data to influence change aligned with company goals. • Work under pressure during major strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience driving and implementing projects from start to finish. • Strong insights into how to translate business needs into a development roadmap. • Thought leaders who can balance company priorities and system health improvements. • Experience working directly with software teams and managing complex integrations. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Experience with data analysis; SQL/Looker experience is a plus. • You are adaptable and can pivot based on new information or business needs. • Empathy for customers and end-users. • Strong technical acumen; enjoy digging into systems.
