Description

• Drive effective communication and engagement through email channels. • Develop, implement and manage strategic email marketing campaigns to reach the target audience. • Create, manage and grow email lists. • Schedule Email and SMS campaigns. • Work with the designer and copywriter to craft compelling content and design visually appealing email templates. • Monitor, analyze and report on the performance of email campaigns weekly/monthly. • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize and enhance engagement rates. • Build and manage monthly email campaigns and oversee the entire email creation process. • Use innovative strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness. • Leverage email marketing strategies tailored to the specific global markets. • Contribute to establishing and nurturing customer relationships.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (verbal and written) • 3+ Years of experience in email marketing • Agency or e-commerce background • Proficiency in Klaviyo • Basic email design project management skills • Familiarity with tools such as Trello and ClickUp • Experience in conducting and analyzing Popup A/B tests. • Experience in setting up and optimizing flows using A/B tests. • Proficiency in implementing organic and paid strategies to grow email lists. • Strong analytical skills to interpret test results and suggest improvements for future iterations.
