📋 Description

• Utilize financial modeling and analytics to help create business strategy and influence business and product direction • Provide high quality financial support to Humana’s senior leadership • Track industry and competitive trends, developing and enhancing forecasting models • Run scenario analysis to support Humana’s strategic development in the marketplace • Improve financial status by analyzing results and variances, identifying trends, and recommending actions • Build and maintain cost to acquire (CAC) modeling, using internal and external data points to inform analysis • Application of NPV and CAC modeling principals to value investment and optimization efforts across the enterprise • Provide financial and modeling ad hoc support to the Enterprise Growth organization, often pertaining to channel specific initiatives, partner negotiations, Marketing ad spend optimization, digital platform enhancement, etc.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 5 or more years of finance and/or accounting experience, or equivalent • Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel skills • Project leadership experience with ability to lead and manage special projects that may necessitate cross-functional partnerships • Experience with financial modeling, including developing methods and criteria for measuring and summarizing data for complex analyses • Experience advising senior leadership on financial strategies • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
