• Provide data-based strategic direction to identify and address business issues and opportunities. • Oversee the prioritization of the Growth team’s strategy-related workstreams. • Monitor Growth’s progress against its strategic objectives and identify areas of risk requiring mitigation. • Support the development of executive-ready deliverables. • Conduct interviews, working sessions, and report-outs with leaders across the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with outstanding academic credentials • 2+ years of full-time work experience with a management consulting firm or similar background • Demonstrated project management capabilities including managing work streams and analysis • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities • Highly collaborative, flexible, team-oriented working style • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform complex qualitative and quantitative analysis
