Description

• The Lead, Content Development coordinates the development of digital content design to effectively represent the products, services, brands and/or the organization to customers and prospects. • Works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial. • Applies various strategies to create an impression, raise awareness, and encourage a preference and response by the target audience for the organization and its products, services and brands. • Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. • Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • At least 8 years of technical experience • At least 2 years of project leadership experience • Detailed familiarity with WCAG 2.0 guidelines • Independent self-starter and extremely detail-oriented • Works well in a fast-paced team environment with an Agile, iterative design process • A good theoretical and practical understanding of interaction design as it relates to accessibility • Ability to work as part of a team with designers, product leads, analytics, SEO, UX writers, developers and technical authors
