Description

• Conceives of, develops, delivers, and manages products for customer use • Works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial • Organizes, prioritizes, and owns the roadmap for Humana's Digital Health Platform (DHP) • Works with business teams to understand pain points and opportunities to deliver value across Data and Digital solutions • Owns the DHP roadmap • Leads the DHP ART • Creates PI Business Objectives and Features • Prioritizes and coordinates with RTE, POs, and Management on planned work by PI • Schedules releases and delivers value to the business

Requirements

• At least 12 years of work experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management • Deep understanding of digital platforms, Azure Cloud, Service APIs, and digital healthcare solutions • Working expertise within SAFe Agile, ADO, and Jira Align • Ability to manage risks and impediments impacting teams • Align and prioritize enterprise initiatives, epics, objectives, and features across multiple PI’s • Manage PIs and ensure delivery of business value of objectives and features • Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle • Technical and Product background with knowledge of software development, APIs, and web technologies • Team spirit, positive attitude, and good communication abilities
