📋 Description

• Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first • The Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Professional will be a key member of the Enterprise Growth Finance team • In this role, you will utilize financial modeling and analytics to help inform business strategy • You will be responsible for providing high quality financial support to Enterprise Growth Finance leadership • Development and enhancement of forecasting models and analysis • The Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues • Financial Modeling and Reporting – Take part in the build, maintenance, and regular refresh of Enterprise NPV and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) modeling • Ad Hoc Support – Provide financial and modeling support to Enterprise Growth partners • Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components • Work is performed without direction • Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 3 or more years of finance and/or accounting experience, or equivalent • Advanced Excel skills (large data sets, pivots, vlookups, index match, etc) • Experience with SAS, SQL, or other relational database software • Experience in financial modeling • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
