Description

β€’ Contributes to administration of utilization management. β€’ Performs varied activities and moderately complex administrative assignments. β€’ Provides non-clinical support for policies and procedures. β€’ Makes decisions focusing on interpretation of policy and methods for completing assignments.

Requirements

β€’ 1 or more years administrative or technical support experience. β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. β€’ Working knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook. β€’ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or a related field preferred. β€’ Experience with Utilization Review and/or Prior Authorization is a plus.
