Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, Business-related preferred • 5+ years of work experience, Recruitment Manager within a product organization preferred • Proactiveness in building and optimizing processes • Natural interest in people, business, industries, and technology • Native-level Portuguese and Bilingual English - Spanish a bonus • Tech Savvy and analytical • Thrive in a high-paced, high-demand environment
